We need to read phone state for copying code and paste it on dialer to facilitate user. Beyond this there isi no purpose of reading phone State.
There are also apps like general knowledge for knowledge purpose.

So you never say how to enter the codes. I know it is the dialer this so it doesn't tell the phone number doesn't open up nothing virus protection prevents codes run texts, etc ... back in 2006 maybe? I don't remember 2008? So how do you enter the codes and make them work?
